Paligo wanted to better understand what truly drives ROI for their customers and create a clear link between product usage, efficiency gains, collaboration improvements, and tangible business outcomes. The goal was to strengthen their commercial storytelling with real evidence.

What?

Together with Harper, Paligo launched a holistic customer insights project focused on capturing and quantifying customer value. The project combined a redesigned customer survey with metadata and actual usage data from Paligo’s platform.

Using these data inputs, Harper built an analysis framework that connected survey results, behavioural patterns, and operational metrics. This enabled Paligo to visualize how their product drives efficiency, productivity, and governance benefits across customer organizations. The software industry was a specific focus, while multiple industries were tracked and analyzed.
